Will Pearce
Managing Partner
Will grew up in Louisiana and played baseball at Northwestern State. His ultimate goal was to be a coach, but then he was hit with the reality of working 80 hours a week, making $35,000 a year.
He started his career at New York Life in 2002 as an Advisor and kept his coaching passion by coaching his clients. He was promoted to Partner in 2005, Senior Partner in 2008, and later moved his family to Dallas as Corporate Vice President in 2009.
He enjoyed the DFW area so much, that he opened the Frisco New York Life office in 2013 as Executive Partner. He has now been in the industry for over 20 years.
In his free time, he loves the outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with his family.
